Dispatching & Shipping Standards (Accessories)

You will receive 2 emails from us after placing an order. The 1st email will be sent right after we receive the order and payment, while the 2nd email will be sent by one of our customer service team member within 48 hours to confirm with you about the measurements, size, and shipping details of your order. If you do not receive such emails, please contact us at service@robeplus.com.

This product is normally dispatched in 3 (three) business days from our Fulfillment Center in Canada or in Asia according to our then-current stock status. We will provide you with an estimated delivery date in the follow-up order confirmation email after receiving your order.

We offer 2 types of shipping services for this product:

  1. Expedited shipping - delivers in 3-5 business days after dispatching. Tracking number will be generated automatically 3 days prior to delivery date. Expedited shipping may not be available for some products from September 18 to October 14 as our Asia Fulfilment Centre is having several holidays during this period.
  2. Standard shipping - delivers in 10-20 days after dispatching, with limited tracking information.

Shipping cost of each shipping method will be displayed when you check out (depending on the quantity of items in an order).
